It’s been a while since I’ve shared some of the things from Pinterest that I’ve tried, and I’ve made lots of really good things from there, so today, I’m going to do a quick run through of some great recipes. They are definitely worth trying.:) I keep forgetting to take pics though, so just look at the originals and drool.;)
First of all, this Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake from Chocolate Covered Katie. Healthy, gooey, and chocolaty. It’s very very good. The only problem is my food processor needs a little power because it leaves chunks. I’ve made this recipe 2x in the last month.

I don’t remember if I’ve shared these monster cookies from Something Swanky or not, but they are so good they’re worth a second share. I love them!

Oven Fries from Remade Simple. Crispy and delicious, but not deep fried. Our new go to recipe. I’ve made this so often, I don’t need to pull up the recipe anymore.

Gluten free blueberry muffins from Gluten Free Girl. SOO good. Mine weren’t as fluffy as the picture, but I probably didn’t follow the directions exactly perfectly. Makes a huge batch too, so enough for the freezer.

Gluten Free Cinnamon Raising Bread from Baking Beauties. I loved this one, but it was a little too much “whole grain” flavor. Next time, I’d add a little more white rice flour instead of so much brown rice flour.

Chipotle Chicken and Rice from Mostly Food and Crafts. This was a huge hit with hubby. It’s on the menu again tonight. The only problem was that I did something wrong and burned some of the rice.

Finally, Crockpot Chicken Curry from Shugary Sweets. It’s in the crockpot…what’s not to like? Hubby preferred the chipotle chicken, but we both thought this recipe was good too. I especially loved the super simplicity of it.
